I visit Portland from Florida and toured several communities in the area, but Cedar Falls was the best one I looked at. The leasing agent that took me on the tour, I believe her name was Alina, was knowledgeable and prepared for all of my questions. I’ve been a renter for 30 years and have high standards for a home. Alina was kind and understanding of my preference. We toured several apartments on the neighborhood to get different options. Since I’m moving from across the country, Alina and another staff member Ri offered to help me research moving companies. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to applying to this community.

Submitted a maintenance request and was promptly addressed with confidence, care and non-judgement. Found solutions for multiple requests beyond the original and took time. Thank you Robert!

5 stars all around! I’ve really enjoyed living at Cedar Falls Apartments. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and whenever there’s an issue, it gets addressed quickly. Jotika is a great manager and really seems to care about the residents and the community. Robert in maintenance is also awesome super friendly, helpful, and always gets the job done. It’s nice knowing you have a team that actually listens and takes care of things. Definitely happy to call Cedar Falls home!

This property is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and always quick to address and resolve any concerns. Jotika, the manager, is exactly what this community needs. She truly cares about the residents and does an amazing job making sure everything is running smoothly. Robert, the Maintenance Supervisor, is fantastic at what he does! He is one of the friendliest people you’ll meet, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing to help. You can really tell that the team here cares about the community and the people who live here. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Cedar Falls Apartments! ⭐️

Ri and Jotika were both super sweet and helpful. Offered me water on a hot day and had awesome local recommendations. Location is convenient with lots of stuff within walking distance. The home I saw is cozy and the community is clean.

She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a new home at Cedar Falls Apartments!

I have lived here for a year now, the staff has ALWAYS been extremely helpful and go out of their way to assure their tenants are happy and well taken care of!! Today I was at work and and the Internet company came to install our new Internet, the guy made my wife feel really uncomfortable, since she was home alone Heather and Ri from the office came over and stayed with her until he was done!!! They went way above and beyond and I am extremely grateful !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
