its been 2 weeks since I moved to my new apartment in cedar falls apartment, So far I love it, It's close to the market of choice and great ramen restaurant.

I love my 2bedrooms apt. I have a great view of the little creek running back of my building. I like that i am so close to grocery. I love this area.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and next to restaurants and stores! It’s a very convenient location.

Very clean and welcoming complex, really love the living of the apartments, has a great view of the creek. It is worth the price. Also love the convenience of the local stores in walking distance. Definitely would recommend to other residents looking for a great place to live.

I love living at Cedar Falls! My apartment is beautiful, neighbors are awesome, location is perfect for me, and the office & maintenance team are wonderful!

I lived at Cedar Falls for less than a year when I had to relocate; otherwise, I would have stayed. It was a wonderful location, beautiful complex, great walking paths, shopping, amenities, but above all a phenomenal maintenance and office staff. I highly recommend!!
