Beautiful community! The main office gives quick responses on emails and phone calls. The maintenance team is incredibly friendly and understanding. All are very kind!

The maintenance staff at Cedar Falls is by far the best we’ve had in our renting experience. Always available and happy to help. Even during short staffed weeks, they make a point to ensure we are good. Thank you!

The gift wrapping station was an incredible help during the holidays. Made life easier since I was able to avoid going to a store to buy wrapping paper.

It is a very quiet place to live, plus it has an excellent location, there are shops that you could walk to, there is a bus stop leaving the complex and there is the trail to walk to the waterfall, it is simply beautiful. The staff constantly organizes nice activities for the residents and they are always very friendly.

After 50 years of owning our own house, the prospect of apartment living was not easy. Being a former homeowner and choosing to downsize we know that repairs are needed as part of regular care, especially right after move in. Previously, I always did my own household projects and repairs myself, so the idea of dealing with someone else who owns the property, certainly gave us concern. Luckily, this concern was soon expelled. As is typical on moving into a new place, there will be some items that need attention. The maintenance department took care of everything promptly. On top of that, the maintenance staff are cordial, responsive, knowledgeable and skilled. Robert together with his maintenance team Gary, Chris and Giovanni are doing an excellent job They are very responsive, courteous and friendly and are a major asset to lending a sense of community into apartment living. So, do I miss owning my own home? Not at all. Its such a pleasure to know that other than rent and utilities, I don’t need to do anything. The Maintenance and Office staff are great!

I had some faulty eletrical switch and air conditioner wall attachment that come off,Richard from the maintanance team handle it like a pro,and on top of that he fixed the blind shutter that keeep coming off,very professional and a great personality.thanks Richard great job!
