The neighborhood is very quiet, and next to restaurants and stores! It’s a very convenient location.

Very clean and welcoming complex, really love the living of the apartments, has a great view of the creek. It is worth the price. Also love the convenience of the local stores in walking distance. Definitely would recommend to other residents looking for a great place to live.

I love living at Cedar Falls! My apartment is beautiful, neighbors are awesome, location is perfect for me, and the office & maintenance team are wonderful!

I lived at Cedar Falls for less than a year when I had to relocate; otherwise, I would have stayed. It was a wonderful location, beautiful complex, great walking paths, shopping, amenities, but above all a phenomenal maintenance and office staff. I highly recommend!!

Love this location, I work from home so having grocery and restaurants close by is A+. Everyone has been great so far from office staff to neighbors.

I love cedar falls the staff is great! Mainly shanelly and Sophia they are extremely helpful and kind. They love helping and answer any questions jotika is the manager and she is great too ! I would highly recommend this apartment complex and they are pet friendly too i love that since i have 2 dogs!

Cedar Falls is an amazing community with such nice amenities! When the pool opened it was our only relief to the heat waves and was so nice to have. Honestly a MUST have.

My partner and I were very lucky to find this complex as it suited our location needs. Moving across state was (and still is...) pretty difficult within itself, but Shannelly from the office made every interaction regarding our apartment so helpful and welcoming. She is an outstanding employee. We absolutely adore her. Beautiful views of the trees out here which is perfect for our new love of Oregon and a very safe neighborhood with many amenities at the complex and shopping near by.
