Amazing!I had a leaky pipe under the sink,very fast response from the maintenance team,Giovanni was amazing,show up here after I put a work order,and he was a pro,repair the leak and reinstall the pipes in no time.thank you great job!

Giovanni fixed my broken light switch less than 24 hours after I submitted the service request. Thanks Gio! Update Oct/Nov 2024. I was laid off just as my lease was expiring. I was nervous about renewal for the full term, uncertain about my future but not ready to move immediately. Jotika worked directly with me to find a solution that meets my needs far better than a regular renewal, honestly exceeding my expectations in terms of flexibility. I had another positive experience with Robert and Richard today. I needed some maintenance to be completed ASAP. I put in the request yesterday evening and they called me first thing this morning and completed the maintenance by mid-afternoon. Robert even suggested a solution that was different than my ask, but saved me money while still completely resolving my problem. Muchas gracias, Roberto y Ricardo!

Looking for a place to call home…look no further, Cedar Falls is that place. I have lived here 5 years and couldn’t be happier. From the office staff, led by the very capable manager, Jotika Chand. You will be greeted by a group that is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Always interested in helping make the community a neighborhood. Additionally, the maintenance team is prompt and and their work is superior. They treat my home as if it were their own. I do not know every member of the team but have had excellent service from Robert and Gary in particular. A few perks are the close proximity to Market of Choice, fine dining, professional services, fittnes centers such as Barre3, StarCycle and many others. You also have easy access to routes 26 and 217 as well as public transit. I am happy I choose CF as my home and I think you will, too.

Loved living here! Enjoyed the staff entirely and anything I needed or requested was done. I had to leave due to a job transfer, but would not have left this place if it weren't for relocation. My deposit refund was returned timely and fairly. No complaints, the community is great too! Thanks to the staff for making my stay pleasant and thanks to Jotika for all her help and answering all my questions. I will truly miss this place and all the amenities that came with it.

My partner and I have recently moved in and the ladies in the office made our application process go so smoothly for us. We appreciate the attentiveness, and the great communication! We look forward to being tenants here.
