I have lived at Cedar Falls for just a year and have really loved it. Almost convinced a friend to move into this apartment homes. The location is really beautiful with walking paths to explore the area and perfect for runs if you enjoy as much as I do. Convenient shopping center located right across the street and restaurants, as well as Orange Theory (current member) working out at 5am it’s not as hard when you are a minute walking… Maintenance is always super helpful and respond to your requests right away.

Cedar Falls Apartments are a desirable place to live. They are located in a very convenient spot across from a shopping center and the property is very well maintained.

Highly recommend to anyone working out of Portland, Beaverton, or Hillsboro. They offer special promotions for Nike, Intel, Providence and a couple other companies. They are conveniently located between to 3 shopping centers and close to major freeways. Definitely worth checking out!

My husband and I love Cedar Falls. Great location, friendly staff, and best of all they are super responsive with e-mails, calls, and maintenance!

I have lived at Cedar Falls for over 5 years and have really enjoyed it! The location is really beautiful with walking paths to explore the area. Market of Choice, restaurants, and other shopping are conveniently located right across the street. Maintenance is always super helpful and timely! All the new development around, along with the great care Cedar Falls takes of their tenants will keep me here for a while!

I moved into my apartments 2 years ago, I really like this location, The property has a gym and a pool which I really enjoy especially in this hot weather. Everything is so close to me, I like the convenience of having grocery store at walking a distance. The office staff is always there to help. I am planning to stay here for a while:)

Cedar Falls is an amazing community! The office staff is great and there is shopping center located conveniently across the street! Highly recommend checking Cedar Falls out!

My wife and I moved from Downtown Portland and couldn't be happier. It's quiet and have found our neighbors to be friendly and welcoming. The walking paths have been quiet enjoyable and the local restaurants are a little too tempting for my wallet and waistline. The food trucks have been an excellent addition. However, if I'm being entirely honest, after living in a downtown apartment for nearly 10 years, the quiet and cleanliness of the area make everything else worthwhile.
