I have loved living here! The staff have always been so helpful and quick to fix any issues, though I never had many. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would have loved to stay here. I appreciate how easy the move out process has been and how transparent the staff are!

Cedar Falls is everything I am looking for in my future home. From the central location, the amenities offered, to the amazingly helpful front office staff... dare I say its touching on perfection? Yes. I can not wait to move in!

I want to thank Cidar falls to all the people who work hard to keep this property always very nice and clean with a very good attention in the office Jotika and sofi are very kind and always worry about solving what is needed quickly and very Efficient and The maintenance is also excellent Robert and Chris very friendly and efficient Congratulations for keeping this community always with the best vibes thanks to all.

This place is great, and the number one reason is the pleasant, professional and responsive management and staff. For example, when the hot water heater needed to be replaced, the discussion with them was very nice and fair, and the result was a quick install of a new one. Another example was watching the maintenance guy being very professional and nice to my neighbor. And of course, you can see for yourself the attractiveness of the apartment, complex, and location.
