Friendly office staff and great amenities. Been living here since 2019, and my experience has always been positive. Maintenance requests are fulfilled incredibly quick, and the work is always well done. Beautiful, safe area to live in, and lots of great shops just downstairs.

Maintenance was very helpful in trying to fix my dishwasher and when their good work didn’t resolve the problem, they replaced it quickly. Very pleased with the result.

Aside of the cleanliness of the site, I am so pleased with how fast the management responded to any request maintenance I submitted. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, they respect your privacy. You don't feel violated whenever they are inside the apartment. You feel valued as a customer.

The maintenance staff at Cedar Falls Apartments is hands down the best, especially Gary. They are very communicative, FRIENDLY, and follow protocol with notices, etc. I never wait long for requests. 10/10

Maintenance (Richard and Gary) were a great help today, as usual. I noticed the shower water pressure was getting worse, sent a ticket in the evening, and the next afternoon they came and replaced the faucet and valve, and now pressure is better than ever.

We have been at Cedar Falls for almost a year now. We're especially pleased with our maintenance supervisor, Robert. He shows up in a timely manor and always gets the job done.

Maintenance was awesome fixing any issues we had (specifically Robert, Gary, and Richard) and the office has been great and friendly with all questions we’ve had. It has been a short amount of time living here and nothing but great things to say.
