Thanks to Gary and staff,i had issues with the fridge freezing up during the heatwave and causing to have block of ice on the freezer chest,all the maintenance staff always works hard to replace/repair appliances in the units,thank you for a great job well done,everything is working great, thank you tom Gary and staff.

We've lived in Cedar Falls for nearly 11 years now! And I have to say that we have all (me, my hubby and our two, Adult aged Kiddos) been very BLESSED to live here! We very much appreciate our lovely (inside and out) Bldg. Mgr. Jotika, our oh so patient Assist. Mgr. Sophia, our sweet Leasing agents Heather & Drake (we just learned that Drake has recently moved on, we'll miss her!) and the oh so hard working, efficient and cheerful (who never complain from what I can see...) Maintenance crew: Roberto, Gary and Richard, all help to make living here truly a special blessing from God above... We have been living at Cedar Falls for a little over 12 month and so far it has been a great experience. We are enjoying the amenities, and the unit we have is nice and well maintained.
